SlidingWindow
Counts requests inside a rolling time window. Most predictable for server-side fixed-window quotas.
TokenBucket
Refills tokens at a steady rate; short bursts are absorbed by the bucket capacity before the window limit is reached. Better for endpoints that advertise burst allowances.
