Domain classification that controls default max-age selection.

The FreshnessPolicy resolves one of these classes per host via FreshnessPolicy::for_domain.

Variants

Default

Generic target — longer TTL is safe.

Hostile

Hostile anti-bot target — short TTL to limit exposure.

Authenticated

Authenticated surface — moderate TTL because the user is logged in.

Sensitive

Sensitive target (auth issuer, payment, challenge endpoint) — shortest TTL.
